Charging and sealing the mixed raw materials using automatic measuring tool and auto-sealing machine
06 Sealing
Charging and sealing using auto-sealing machine
07 Sterilizing and Cooling
Treating the finished product using high pressure sterilizer(Steam, hot water type)
08 Inspection and Packaging
Visual screening(pin hole) and packaging the finished product using X-ray detector

Producing dried rice using Japan-made latest hot air drying machine
02 Measuring
Measuring a set amount of dried rice and Furikake(Sesame oil, spoon, oxygen absorber to be enclosed separately)
03 Sealing
Sealing using auto-sealing machine
04 Inspection and Packaging
Visual screening(pin hole) and packaging the product using X-ray detector
